What is Stress
Stress is reckoned such a condition in which our body enters after receiving some message from the brain that informs it to get ready to fight or run. The body responses and prepares for that possibility. These are adrenal glands which are informed by the brain and they send to rush hormones known as noradernaline and adrenaline to various muscles to prepare them to respond some threat or fear.
Brain serves as a protector of the body as it is included in its job and it performs this duty with the help of noradrenaline by redirecting the blood flow from the low priority areas of the body to different muscles to enhance power. The brain also tells adrenaline to boost your breathing and take more oxygen to provide support to the work that noradrenaline does for the body muscles.
When it becomes difficult to decide how you should react: whether you should fight or flight, the two hormones often stuck into limbo rushing and anxiously wait for your decision and carry on their duties. As you are not behind all this, the only choice they have is to make you tremble or vomit.
It also depends upon what bend of mind they do have, as some people become an easier victim of stress while others seem quite normal and care free no matter how things are going around and how difficult things are becoming for them. But it is also a fact that all we have to become a victim of it in some particular situations in our lives. In this so-called progressive age, demanding employers, annoying neighbors, taxes, jobs, kids and partners have come forward some common causes of stress in a large number of people.
